Ms. Ntombomzi Ngada is a distinguished South African attorney, entrepreneur, and corporate governance specialist. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Ngada Attorneys, a 100% female-owned boutique law firm based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, which provides strategic legal services to individuals, SMMEs, state-owned entities, and corporate clients. The firm specialises in corporate
and commercial law, labour and employment law, family law, immigration law, entertainment and media law, medical negligence, and property and conveyancing.
Ms. Ngada obtained a Diploma in Criminal Law and Justice and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Western Cape. She has continued to advance her professional expertise through
executive and specialist programmes offered by institutions including Legal Education and Development (LEAD) and Duke Corporate Education, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and leadership development.
