Mr. Gift Duncan Morolong is a distinguished South African attorney, conveyancer, and legal entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in legal practice. He is the owner and principal of Andrews Incorporated Attorneys, Conveyancers & Estate Agents, a long-established law firm based in Welkom, Free State, and is recognised for his expertise in

property law, conveyancing, commercial law, and general legal practice.

Born and raised in Thabong, Welkom, Mr. Morolong attended Lephola Secondary School before studying law at Vista University, Bloemfontein Campus (now incorporated into the University of the Free State), where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws

(LLB) degree. He later pursued postgraduate studies and earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa (UNISA), strengthening his expertise in commercial and corporate legal practice.

After completing his articles of clerkship in Welkom, Mr. Morolong built his career through both public service and private

He has served on panels of approved conveyancers for major commercial banks and has advised individuals, businesses, and property developers on complex conveyancing and commercial matters. Under his leadership, Andrews Incorporated has expanded its services while maintaining a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client-focused legal solutions.

Beyond his private practice, Mr. Morolong has played an active role in the organised legal profession. He has been involved with the National Association of Democratic Lawyers (NADEL) in the Goldfields region, where he has worked collaboratively with other legal organisations on initiatives promoting legal education, transformation, and professional development. His contributions have been acknowledged by the National Forum of Advocates (NFA) for strengthening cooperation within the legal profession.

Mr. Morolong is widely respected for his ethical leadership, commitment to mentorship, and dedication to expanding access to quality legal services. Guided by the values instilled by his mentor, John Andrews, he continues to champion integrity, excellence, and service to the community while contributing to the growth and transformation of South Africa’s legal profession.
