Mr. Ngqiqo Sakhela is a South African attorney and director of Sakhela Inc. Attorneys, a legal practice based in Mthatha, Eastern Cape. He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive experience in civil litigation, constitutional and administrative law, medical negligence claims, local government litigation, and land-related disputes.

Over the course of his legal 

career, Mr. Sakhela has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including government departments, municipalities, private individuals, and corporate entities. He has appeared in numerous matters before the High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, and the Constitutional Court, where he has acted in complex litigation involving constitutional rights, land restitution, public administration, and medical negligence.

As the founder and principal of Sakhela Inc., Mr. Sakhela has established a practice recognised for providing professional legal services throughout the Eastern Cape. His work encompasses litigation, legal advisory services, estate administration, and dispute resolution, and he has been appointed in various deceased estate matters published in the Government Gazette.

In addition to his private practice, 

Mr. Sakhela has been actively involved in the legal profession through the National Association of Democratic Lawyers (NADEL). He has served in leadership structures within the organisation, contributing to its mission of advancing constitutional democracy, promoting transformation within the legal profession, and improving access to justice for disadvantaged communities. NADEL is a voluntary association committed to the protection of human rights, judicial transformation, and the promotion of the rule of law.
